Maintaining accurate stock levels is critical for business success.
- Adding Opening Stock: When first starting, use this to tell the system what you currently have on your shelves. You can add it during product creation or via the 'Add Opening Stock' menu.
- Stock Transfers: Move items between locations (e.g., from a warehouse to a retail store). The system tracks 'Sending' and 'Receiving' statuses.
- Stock Adjustments: Account for damaged goods, expired products, or losses. Choose between 'Normal' and 'Abnormal' adjustment types.
