Managing Access Control

S2bd Billing allows you to define exactly what your staff can and cannot do.

  • Role Management: Navigate to User Management > Roles. Create roles like 'Cashier', 'Store Manager', or 'Accountant'.
  • Permissions: Assign specific permissions such as 'View Sales', 'Add Products', or 'Access Reports'.
  • Location Access: Assign users to specific locations. For example, a cashier in 'Shop A' should not be able to see the sales or stock of 'Shop B'.
